Our Hardware

With modularity in mind, MarineSitu’s hardware solutions are easily customizable for your monitoring needs

C1

The MarineSitu C1 machine vision camera has been specifically designed for long-term deployments to support the growing blue economy. Key features are included to ensure survival without corrosion or biofouling while maintaining a simple and elegant design to reduce system cost. The Allied Vision GigE camera line includes options for up to 5 Gigabit bandwidth, 31.4 MegaPixel images, and 464 FPS framerates, allowing you to select the best combination of features to meet your mission objectives.

L1

The MarineSitu L1 high-power LED light uses a CREE CBX3950 array capable of producing over 14000 Lumens. The compact housing is designed to be corrosion and biofouling resistant with simple mounting options for easy integration into any platform. Strobe and PWM trigger options allow for simple light control while a thermal regulator prevents overheating. When combined with the MarineSitu Camera Controller, C1 machine vision cameras, and BlueAI image acquisition and data processing software, the system is highly configurable to meet the most demanding applications.

CC1

The MarineSitu CC1 camera system controller allows for easy integration and synchronization of one or two cameras and up to 8 high power LED lights. The auxiliary port allows for integration with other instruments, such as a pan/tilt motor, sonar, hydrophone, or ADCP. Key features are included to ensure survival without corrosion while maintaining a simple and elegant design to reduce system cost. When combined with the MarineSitu C1 cameras, L1 high power LED lights, and Vision image acquisition and data processing software, the system is highly configurable to meet the most demanding applications.

H1

The Integration Hub allows for multiple instruments to be connected to a single bottle and integrated to control power to each instrument and synchronize data streams. Our design has 10 individually controlled output channels with options to configure each channel to provide 12, 24, or 48 VDC power and either serial or Ethernet communications. The Hub then aggregates all of the data streams to a single fiber optic and 48 VDC input umbilical. Onboard monitoring includes the voltage and current for each output channel, as well as temperature and humidity sensors, and a 6 axis accelerometer and gyro compass.
