MarineSitu is awarded National OceaniC and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) funds for Rapid Coastal Survey Automation Using and AI-Supported Low-Cost ROV

As part of NOAA’s effort to support advances in coastal surveying technologies, MarineSitu’s proposal for an affordable and customized underwater monitoring system was awarded a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Phase I award in the amount of $175,000. This phase will focus work along the Kona coast of Hawai’i Island.
